Surface Finish Details
2B Surface: After cold rolling, it undergoes heat treatment and pickling, followed by leveling and finishing to achieve a uniform matte finish. This is the most common surface finish, suitable for medical devices, milk containers, etc.
BA (Bright Annealed): Achieving a high-reflectivity mirror effect through controlled bright annealing. Commonly used in home appliances, kitchenware, and architectural decoration.
No. 4 (Brushed): Polished using 150-180 grit abrasive to achieve a continuous texture. Widely used in food processing equipment and hotel equipment.
HL (Hairline): A fine-textured surface with long filaments, primarily used in elevators, escalators, and architectural decoration.
